Well, recruitment system as the name suggests is a system or a software which can automate the recruitment process of an enterprise :)
Recruitment systems are meant to take care of the challenges and hassles that an organization faces while carrying out the whole process manually or with minimal computer intervention. Some of these challenges could be:
- Creating an effective campaign for promoting the recruitment program and gathering resumes from interested applicants
- Maintaining a database of candidates who have applied for the job position.
